Return & Refund Policy
Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. That means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (14 days for discounted items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at film@kinol.eu. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Circumstances under which we accept returns and refunds:

  • Wrong product:
    If you received the wrong item, please contact us at film@kinol.eu and include photos of the incorrect product. We’ll provide you with a return label. Once the tracking shows the item is on the way, we’ll ship you the correct item.
  • Exchanges:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at film@kinol.eu. Exchanges are free of charge.
  • Change of mind:
    Returns or refunds due to a change of mind — including issues with color, size, or texture — are not accepted.

Order Cancellation
We usually process orders immediately.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to forward your request to the responsible department, but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.

Important: All refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. It may take up to 4 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and hygiene items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow several days for the refund to appear.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is visible.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
