Yes, film development and scanning are completely free if you meet a few simple conditions below.
What exactly do I need to do to get free development and scanning?
1/ Sign up on kinol35.com ❤️
2/ Bring/send your Kinol film / ReCamera to our address in Prague: Kinol, Strahovské nádvoří 11, 118 00 Prague 1.
3/ Download and Publish photos on kinol35.com ⭐ (hide some pics you dont want to show).
By sending us your film for free development and scanning, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to our Terms of Service and give consent for Kinol to use your images for promotional purposes on social media and related platforms.

How long does it take?
Usually 3–5 business days after we receive your film.
How do I send it?
You can bring it to us at Kinol, Strahovské nádvoří 11, Prague 1 every day between
10:00–16:00, or send it by post to the same address.
What’s the cheapest and easiest way to send you a roll of film?
Write your Instagram username on the cassette or on a small piece of paper and put it inside a small bubble envelope.
Write our address on it and stick a CZ (if you’re in Czechia) or EU stamp on top.
Then just drop it into any mailbox — this works for up to 2 rolls of film.
⚠️ Doesn’t work for ReCameras — please use DPD, DHL, or GLS for those.

How will I receive my photos?
You will download it via kinol35.com.
Do I need to return the ReCamera?
Yes — that’s the whole idea behind ReCamera ♻️. It’s meant to be reused so more people can enjoy shooting on film.
To receive free scans, you need to return us the camera.
Will you post all my photos?
Kinol35.com lets you choose photos to post and hide (you will still download all photos as ZIP).
Photos will be posted in your profile on kinol35.com/username.
We will not post photos featuring children or nudity.

Can I get my negatives back?
We don’t normally return negatives, but it’s possible for a €10 fee.
If you’d like them back, please email us at iwantmynegatives@kinol.cz before or right after sending your film.
We’ll arrange the return once your film is developed.
