1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kinol.eu and our customers for all transactions made via the online shop, valid at the time the contract is concluded.

2. Conclusion of Contract
Our online offer is a non-binding invitation to purchase. A contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email. You can correct your data before submitting the order.

3. Payment Terms
Payment methods: Credit card, SEPA, PayPal. All prices include VAT plus shipping costs.

4. Delivery

4.1 Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery of the ordered goods is made to the address provided by the customer. The standard delivery time within the Czech Republic and the EU is generally 3 to 7 business days after shipping confirmation.

4.2 Delivery Time for External Stock
Some items are shipped from an external warehouse. For these items, delivery can take up to 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after shipping confirmation. If there is a delay, we will inform the customer by email.

4.3 Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Shipping is carried out exclusively by DHL and PPL. Once the goods have been dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number to track the shipment.

4.4 Delays and Unforeseeable Circumstances
In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, strikes, or weather-related delays. Such delays are beyond our control.

4.5 Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us, the customer bears the additional costs for redelivery.

4.6 Partial Deliveries
If not all ordered items are immediately available, we reserve the right to execute the order in partial deliveries. The customer will be informed accordingly.

4.7 Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, the customer can return the goods after receipt within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods (for discounted items within 14 days). The withdrawal must be made in text form. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty applies. Right to remedy or replacement in case of defects. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of personal injury.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons, provided the goods are unused and in their original condition. This applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for consumers (for discounted items within 14 days).

Please note that the return address may differ from the registered office address. It is important to use the correct return address provided upon request or within the right of withdrawal process.

7.3 When returning goods, please ensure the package is sufficiently franked and sent as a registered shipment to allow tracking.

7.4 Customers bear the costs of return shipping. However, if the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the ordered goods, Kinol.eu will cover the return shipping costs after receiving the returned product.

7.5 After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price including standard shipping costs will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 days.

7.6 Custom-made or clearly personalized products are excluded from returns.

7.7 Missing or Incorrect House Number in Delivery Address
If the delivery address does not include a house number, house number “1” will be added by default. If the package cannot be delivered or is sent to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect address data, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs, including return shipping and redelivery fees.

8. Handling of Unaccepted/Uncollected Packages
For packages not accepted or not collected, we charge the following processing fees:

  • Czech Republic: EUR 10
  • Rest of Europe: EUR 19
  • Worldwide: EUR 19

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy on the website.

10. Copyright
Website contents are protected by copyright. Use only with our consent.

11. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU platform for online dispute resolution is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the website prior to their effective date.

13. Final Provisions
Czech law applies. The place of jurisdiction is our business location in Prague. The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining contract provisions.
