5. Free Development, Scanning, and the Kinol35.com Social Platform
By submitting your film or visual materials to Kinol for free development and scanning, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following platform rules and community terms:
- Mandatory Platform Registration: To receive free development and scanning services, you must create a free user account on our social platform kinol35.com. Free digital scans are delivered exclusively through this platform.
- Delivery and Download Mechanics: Your completed scans will be made available in your kinol35.com dashboard. You may download your photos as a compressed archive (.zip) file.
- Automatic Profile Publishing: Important: Initiating the download of your photo archive will automatically publish those photos to your public user profile on kinol35.com.
- Pre-Download Curation: Before you click download and trigger the publishing process, you will have the opportunity to review your scans and choose to hide specific photos. Hidden photos will not be published to your profile.
- No Individual Post-Download Deletion: Once you have initiated the download and your non-hidden photos are published to your profile, individual photos cannot be deleted from your kinol35.com profile.
- Account Deletion & Permanent Club Disqualification: If you wish to remove your published photos from the platform, you must delete your entire kinol35.com user profile. Deleting your profile will instantly remove all your content, but it will permanently terminate your Kinol Club membership. Users who delete their profiles are permanently barred from using our free development and scanning services again in the future.
- Promotional and Marketing Rights: You grant Kinol a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display selected digital images for promotional, marketing, and illustrative purposes (such as on our official Instagram accounts such as:
@kinol.cz). - Inappropriate Content: Kinol will not publish or permit the hosting of photos that contain explicit nudity, minors, or any content deemed harmful or illegal, those photos will be hidden.
- Ownership: You retain full copyright and ownership of your photos. This agreement only dictates the community publishing rules and promotional licenses required to fund and access our free services.
- Private Roll Fee: If you wish for your photos to remain private and not be published, we charge a fee of 250 CZK (or €10) per roll. In this case, your photos will remain completely private on kinol35.com.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we store about you, request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and object to the processing of your data. Please contact us using the contact details provided above. Please note, however, that exercising your right to deletion or restriction of processing for data required to deliver our free services will forfeit your eligibility to receive free development and scanning.
7. Right to Complain
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
